Sales Manager EMEA
As EMEA Sales Manager at Founda Health, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across key European markets, with a primary focus on the UK and Nordics, and expansion into additional EMEA regions over time.
You will combine hands-on new business development with strategic management of a small number of lighthouse customers, using these reference accounts to validate value propositions, unlock follow-on opportunities, and accelerate market entry.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will work closely with our Product team to identify, test, and refine new commercial value propositions, and with our Partnerships Manager, who owns our channel and partner-led sales strategy.
This role is ideal for a commercially strong, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in complex healthcare environments and enjoys building new markets from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition across EMEA, with an initial focus on the UK and Nordic markets.
Manage and grow relationships with a limited number of lighthouse customers, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and long-term value.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from first contact and discovery through to contracting and closing.
Proactively build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across target regions.
Collaborate closely with the Product team to identify, validate, and commercialise new value propositions based on market and customer insights.
Work in close alignment with the Partnerships Manager to support and accelerate partner- and channel-led opportunities.
Lead or contribute to tenders, proposals, and complex buying processes.
Represent Founda Health at relevant international healthcare events and industry forums.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot (or similar CRM).
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or SaaS.
Proven ability to close complex deals and develop new markets across multiple countries.
Experience working with enterprise or strategic customers and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into scalable value propositions.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.
