Sales Manager DACH
As Sales Manager DACH at Founda Health, you will be a key driver of our commercial growth in the region. Your mission is clear: win new business, build a strong pipeline, and close impactful deals in the Digital Health space.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales DACH, you will play a central role in expanding Founda Health’s footprint across the DACH market.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Focus: Identify, qualify, and close new customers across the DACH region
Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth: Proactively generate leads through market research, outreach, events, and partner channels
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from first contact to contract signature
Closing & Negotiation: Lead pricing and contract negotiations with customers and partners
Market Presence: Represent Founda Health at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate qualified leads
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, Legal, and external partners to successfully close deals
What You’ll Bring
Has 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment within the healthcare industry.
A strong commercial, hunter mindset with proven success in winning new business
Hands-on experience in lead generation, pipeline building, and account-based sales
Solid understanding of tender processes, proposals, and contract negotiations
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, digital health standards (IHE, HL7, FHIR), and healthcare (IT) initiatives such as KHVVG and Telematics infrastructure (TI)
Exhibits excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and German.
Shows proficiency in working with HubSpot or similar CRM solutions.
Based in Germany.
