Technical Project Manager DACH Region

We are seeking a Senior Customer Project Manager to take on a key leadership role in ensuring seamless project delivery and long-term customer success across the DACH region. This role acts as the primary delivery lead for the market, managing complex projects and strategic accounts while driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through digital infrastructure and thrives in environments where innovation meets regulation.
What You Will Do: Core Responsibilities
As the Senior CPM, you will drive market success across three core areas:
End-to-End Project Delivery
Directly manage a set of implementation and integration projects, handling the full project lifecycle from kickoff through go-live including technical discovery and rollout planning. You will execute project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across customer IT, vendors, and Founda teams, while proactively tracking progress, risks, and financials. Utilize Agile and other methodologies to drive problem-solving, manage scope and interface/integration requirements and ensure alignment between customer goals and Founda’s capacity.
Delivery Leadership
Own delivery performance for the DACH integration portfolio, ensuring alignment of project priorities, resource allocation across implementation & integration workstreams, and timelines with business objectives. Oversee portfolio forecasting, milestones, and revenue recognition, ensuring contractual and financial accuracy. Maintain reliable delivery data across tooling (project management, CRM) to enable accurate reporting and leadership visibility.
Customer Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the primary delivery contact throughout implementation and rollout, building and maintaining strong executive and operational relationships to ensure measurable outcomes and satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to integrate customer feedback, align on delivery needs, and identify scaling opportunities.
Who you are
Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in technical project management/delivery within enterprise B2B software, ideally involving implementations across multiple stakeholders and systems.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in managing complex software implementation, integration, or digital transformation projects in highly regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with complex system integrations, data management solutions, and third-party software integrations. Strong understanding of various project management methodologies and experience with CRM/project management tools is essential.
Healthcare Experience: Experience working within or with the healthcare sector, ideally with exposure to interoperability challenges and healthcare IT ecosystems with healthcare standards like HL7, DICOM, FHIR. Comfortable navigating common healthcare challenges like legacy systems and regulatory frameworks.
Skills & Mindset: Strong leadership combined with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset. You possess excellent prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Communication: Ability to translate complex interoperability or data challenges into clear project goals for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Language: Fluent in both English and German.
